APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS & NORMATIVE DOCUMENTS

The Contract shall be governed by the law of the country (or other jurisdiction) stated in the Particular Conditions.
合同應(yīng)受專用條件中所述國家（或其他司法管轄區(qū)）的法律管轄.

“Laws” means all national (or state) legislation, statutes, ordinances and other laws, and regulations and by-laws of any legally constituted public authority.
“法律”系指所有全國性（或洲的）法律、條例、法令和其他法律，以及任何合法建立的公共當(dāng)局制定的規(guī)則和細(xì)則等.

Permission for Nature Use —— a document required in accordance with the Applicable Law of the Republic of Kazakstan for the conduct of special nature uses.

The Contractor shall, in performing the Contract, comply with applicable Laws. Unless otherwise stated in the Employer’s Requirements:

The construction, validity and performance of this Contract and matters pertaining thereto will be governed in all respects by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The national laws and administrative regulations shall apply to this Contract. Both parties will specify the applicable laws and administrative regulation in the Contract.

適用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范 Applicable standards and codes
雙方在合同條款內(nèi)約定適用國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的名稱；沒有國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范但有行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的，約定適用行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的名稱；沒有國家和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的，約定適用工程所在地地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的名稱。甲方應(yīng)按合同條款約定的時(shí)間向乙方提供一式兩份約定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范。
Both parties shall specify the name of the applicable standards and codes in the Contract; where the national standards and codes are absent, the industrial standards and codes shall apply and their names be specified herein; where the national and industrial standards and codes are absent, the local standards and codes shall apply and their names be specified herein. Party A shall provide the agreed standards and codes in duplicate to Party B on time as stipulated in the pertinent clause of the Contract.

國內(nèi)沒有相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的，由甲方按合同條款約定的時(shí)間向乙方提出施工技術(shù)要求，乙方按約定的時(shí)間和要求提出施工工藝，經(jīng)甲方認(rèn)可后執(zhí)行。甲方要求使用國外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的，應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)提供中文譯本。
When there is not corresponding standards and codes in China regarding a certain issue, Party A shall provide the technical requirements on the construction timely as stipulated in the Contract and Party B shall prepare the construction process according to the time and other requirements by Party A, and submit to Party A for approval, and implement such process if approved. In case Party A requires to apply any foreign standards and codes, Party A shall provide the Chinese translations of such standards and codes.

The Contract Documents shall be Administrative Authority by the Chinese laws and administrative regulations at the level of state.

The Employer and the Contractor shall specify the names of the applicable national standards and specifications in the Contract; if there are no national standards and specifications but industry standards and specifications, the Parties shall specify the names of the applicable industry standards and specifications; if there are no national or industry standards and specifications, the Parties shall specify the name of the local standards and specifications to be applied where the Project is located. The Contractor shall provide the Employer with two sets of agreed standards and specifications (as required by the Employer). In case there exists applicable standards agreed by both Parties, such agreed standards shall apply in the first place.

Party B shall comply related law and regulations in China, shall in charge the management of construction on site, guarantee construction work will process smoothly.

承包商應(yīng)在與履行本合同有關(guān)的所有事務(wù)中遵守中央或地方政府所有適用的法律、法規(guī)和命令。
The Contractor shall in all matters relating to the performance of this Contract conform with all applicable laws, regulations and orders of central or local authorities.

本建設(shè)工程委托監(jiān)理合同適用的法律是中國的法律，條例,行政法規(guī)，以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件及專用條件中載明的部門規(guī)章或地方法規(guī)，地方規(guī)章。
This Supervision Contract shall be governed by Chinese laws, statutes, administrative regulations, and departmental rules & regulations, ?local laws, rules & regulations specified in the Standard Conditions and Conditions of Particular Application.
乙方有義務(wù)遵守孟加拉國的法律、法規(guī)，并按照法律、辦理各種和施工有關(guān)的各種證件。
Party B must compliance with the laws of Bangladesh, and according to the low, for various construction and the various documents.

發(fā)包人承諾按照法律規(guī)定履行項(xiàng)目審批手續(xù)、籌集工程建設(shè)資金并按照合同約定的期限和方式支付合同價(jià)款。
The employer promises, in accordance with laws provisions, perform the approval procedures, raise construction funds and effect payment of contracted cost and price pursuant to the time limited and methods which are stipulated in contract.

承包人承諾按照法律規(guī)定及合同約定組織完成工程施工，確保工程質(zhì)量和安全，不進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)包及違法分包，并在缺陷責(zé)任期及保修期內(nèi)承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的工程維修責(zé)任。
The contractor promises, in accordance with laws provisions and contract stipulation, to organize and complete the construction, ensure the quality and safety of engineering, no transfer-contracting / subcontracting, and undertake the corresponding liabilities of engineering repair / maintenance in the defects liability period and warranty period.

Parties hereto may agree the application of other normative documents in particular condition of contract.

Laws of the People's Republic of China under this contract refers to the laws, administrative regulations, department rules of the People' s Republic of China and local regulations, self – government regulations, single – line regulations and local government regulations. The tittle of the specific applicable law of the State and local area that needs to be expressed is stipulated in the particular condition.
